 In your earth language, Shonolah means Harmony.  Harmony is the Onesness of many living together in unconditional love.   We are a Universal Family of Visionaries creating Harmony within everyone everywhere. We are what you call in your current times a group consciousness.   Now is the time for us to be participating in a cooperative  partnership with you, synchronizing with you in co-creating experiences in Harmony in a new frequency (dimension).

This is a Crystal Consciousness Harmony Frequency which exists now in your world; while it's mostly within you at this point, it's getting stronger and more viable, seeking expression on earth through you personally attuning to this frequency and giving your permission to allow it to flow in your own personal lives.

As you attune yourselves to the new Crystal Consciousness Harmony Frequency, and choose to live within it, and allow this harmony to flow through you, these highly energized inner experiences of Harmony will change you and your life, and in doing so will also change life on earth and beyond.

We are joining in harmony with you at this time because the energies are now fully aligned for co-creating your earthly harmonious "future" now!

We, Shonolah, Crystal Consciousness of Harmony, are now living in your body and heart center as sparks of crystal light in all your cells, activating the harmony frequency within your whole being.  You can now see the results of this in your own experiences of harmony and the way all others are automatically harmonizing with you in your presence, regardless of how they live when not with you!  It is much like you are a neutral country, a kind of safe place for them, where they can let down their guard so to speak and not have to defend themselves while with you!  When with you, people are getting a first feel for the new unity consciousness, they are slowly learning to lower their defences against it!

  What we are discovering and creating encompasses a whole new way of living:

the absence of fear!
    
We are currently moving into a new homebase where we are picking & choosing what we want to move into this space: Anything which is truly in harmony with ourselves can be moved into this Frequency of Harmony which we’re connecting to right inside of ourselves.  Here is where we're feeling a whole new stable conscious experience of harmony in relating to ourselves and with everything in nature, including ourselves, and everybody else.


 Imagine feeling totally in harmony with yourself and this rippling into the lives of all those we meet each day!!!!!


This new homebase we know as a Harmony Frequency is definitely not in duality! It's a conscious Oness which includes everyone's uniqueness, without conflict.

This new home frequency we're now attuning ourselves with is a place (within) where duality doesn't even exist!  It's barely possible to even imagine this non-duality living, let alone put it into words; yet by simply experiencing this lack of duality within ourselves  it's feeling more & more real!  There's no need to judge anthing in the old dualistic ways. 

We can now more easily recognize how each one of us is participating in this Harmony of Oneness.

Now's it's through our daily experiences with this new non-duality Reality that are we beginning to comprehend that this is truly something really new!  There haven't been uncovered yet any written records of humans on Earth living in this Harmony Frequency!  This is beyond anything mankind has any recorded memory of -- beyond even ancient religions and cultures of any kind, including Egypt, Lumeria, Atlantis and others we think about and keep trying to access!  There is no ancient culture, religion, no dogma of any kind feeding and/or controlling this Harmony Frequency, this new Homebase we are currently moving into!

 Now that many of us are experiencing living outside of duality, beyond any concepts of living we've known of or have been written about before, we're beginning to wonder what this actually means? And, how do we share this "new world reality" with others?

In the past, what we've considered to be "real" is only that which is contained within long embraced dogmas, built into the various religions and cultures known to mankind through the ages.

Yet, each and everyone of these "familiar" religions and their dogmas are based in duality! 

There is no religion and no dogmatic beliefs or any kind of rituals based in duality/polarity to control this new homebase Frequency of Harmony! 

This is a whole new experience of freedom of consciousness, freedom of Spirit, while living right here on Earth.

We are now experiencing the consciousness of an entirely new kind of freedom of living and honoring ourselves,

We are currently now creating and developing this new freedom of consciousness all by ourselves, as we move into our new homebase.  We are rather easily separating from the structure of the polarity-dualistic paradigm!  Nothing duality-based, and thus disharmonious, can move in with us!
 
  There aren't going to be any of the familiar battles of duality to contend with in our new homebase because this new home frequency is a Frequency of Harmony:  for instance, since there isn't any inequality, so there's no need for fear.  There's no need for competitiveness or any form of domination.  This need/programming is obsolete:  it just doesn't exist here now because everyone's abilities and basic nature are each equally a part of the whole in harmony --

In this Crystal Consciousness of the Harmony Frequency, we can now see......we can all sense, with our newly developing inner senses and perceptions.....just how well each one of us is truly valued equally with all others. This is because our combined and individual consciousness, not being dualistic, doesn't judge at all, nor are we separated from the whole Universal Oneness.  Within our Crystal Consciousness Harmony Frequency,  Our awareness remains whole, there's no feelings that we are separated into parts that don't function well and happily together.

We now have the perception and feeling that we are ALL functioning harmoniously altogether.

Therefore this frequency of home isn't divided into Light & Dark, good & bad, high & low.  Yes, we've all been programmed to believe we absolutely have to have polarity, light & dark forces competing - battling. This is fast ending.  Now, in the new home Frequeny of Harmony we're noticing the absence of the dualistic programming: the absence of fear!


The secret of this new home frequency experience is that the only form of duality we're experiencing now is where we're consciously choosing to stay in this new frequency experience
moment by moment,
day by day!

We are now choosing to stay in this new Harmony Frequency
with each situation, with each person we're involved with, with each person we meet, in each and every experience we are faced with each ordinary day -

We can actually choose to be there by making the effort to consciously choose that we want to experience non-judgmentalness in any given situation!  We are creating our own experiences day-by-day, there's no set pattern anymore.

  The question we're asking now is: Do I want to feel, and thus experience, fear..... conflicts..... anxiety..... doubt..... worry?

I HAVE A CHOICE NOW, So, instead, do I want to experience a new strong inner sense of stability and peace, in an entirely new experience of balance and harmony?

  As you consciously choose your focus... your own perception, your own reality, what you want to believe in, where you want to be at..... by your own choices, YOU, yourself, now can create the energy you feel in any given situation, and thus you are creating the world you are living in during the each day, even into each next moment – !

This new Harmony Frequency is another dimension, or more simly put, another focus - another perception of life now available to us!  As we purposely focus our attention in new ways, new perceptions of ourselves and others and all situations,  we are discovering new potentials and a synchronicity we didn’t think were really possible before now! 

You don’t have to know exactly what these new experiences and potentials are ahead of time - as you walk through this new journey, or any time along the way -  all you have to do is trust you're in the new harmony frequency --

YOU ARE THERE and you are creating new experiences for yourself !  New experiences, and your new senses are now showing up all the time to you!  "Magical" Synchronicities are happening more frequently now.

  The New Home Frequency of Harmony experience is something we're feeling our way into! Neither our mind, our intellect, is built to recognize it –  but our heart centers and our feelings are!  This new frequency is not what we have been taught to consider logical, it doesn’t function according to any linear, duality-based rules.  It is not based in fear, shame, blame, guilt.  It's not based in any need to compete, to be in control of others, or even circumstances. 

It is based in TRUST, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE,

UNCONDITIONAL HARMONY!


The more we begin to trust,  the more easily we can feel our way into this  harmony frequency,  the more fulfilled we each feel!  happier you will feel, which in turn creates even more happiness, each moment perpetuates the next…the more you experience happiness and joy, and nurture it along the more your perception of your life changes and then your life itself changes, transforms, morphs into something NEW, beyond any concepts of Living we've ever known!

This is truly a whole new way of life and seeing and experiencing life!

 
 BE The Source,  perceive JOY in yourself & your life, activate the myriad of Joy-full potentials within you and your life in any way you choose!


  We are moving far beyond the denser, heavier duality - polarity perception and experience.  The new harmony home frequency transcends the polarity (contrast) perceptions embedded within the old matrix/template of the world. To see and connect with this new (matrix/template) frequency of life, we are “raising our frequency” so now we're in attunement to non-duality.
 
 
We are now choosing to live in harmony

  the Blameless Life!

We are becoming more and more Blameless in our attitudes, (non-dualistic) in our beliefs, in how we relate to ourselves  - and ALL others – in every situation and event in our lives and in the whole world around us!  It's quite a self-satisfying challenge!

A Blameless Life is an unconditionally (universal) acceptance of honoring/loving of all life and the full hearted free expression of this is Harmony.


Now we are realizing we are free to choose however we want to perceive in ourselves, our life, events, circumstances, people, relationships, and all life in general!

We live in a very rich abundant Garden of Life, with a depth beyond our wildest imagination! Yet we’ve been perceiving only a very little portion of this garden – seeing, activating and using only a small portion of what’s really been available.  We’ve been utilizing only what richness, what energies and resources we’ve become accustomed to from birth.  Before now, we've been blindly following the ancient dualistic/polarity based programming, feeling the lack and fear inherent in dualism/polarity consciousness,
 rather than accessing our own harmonic creativity, inventiveness and inner wealth and joy!

WE DON'T NEED TO DO THIS ANYMORE!

We now have another option!



  Each of us is now going within to discover our own self empowerment,  our own inner harmony with all, a sense of a new kind of self-fulfillment that goes beyond any old definitions of this.  We’ve been finding and developing our own inner harmony with All That Is,  and learning to recognize this for what it truly is – the ability to truly live in harmony!

We are now experiencing just how much more valuable harmony is to us all; we're replacing the duality ways of feeding upon others’ energy, competing for attention & rewards,  being dependent upon collective mass-consciousness programs and dogma for our own sense of well.  We are now creating our own lives and abundance in myriads of forms beyond the constraints of mass-consciousnes belifs and programmed possibilities!!  We are materializing with great synchronicity in our new harmony homebase -- whenever we need something, it materialises like magic, coming to us in such surprising ways that

we just know our new Harmony Frequency Homebase is strongly supporting us now!

By using our own inner senses, by consistely honing them, we are discovering our own new abilities to harmonize the energies together for what we want. We are now tapping into our own inner wealth, our own inner wellsprings of harmony to support ourselves in so many unique ways.  I’ve referred to this inner wellspring before on this website as the wellspring of our inner wealth, as an inner Golden Light Bank & Spiritual Savings Account, already there to draw upon anytime we are ready & willing to do so!

The activating synchronistic harmony consciousness energy develops in the trusting of our own consciousness by way of our self sufficiency from the rigid, sluggish duality/polarity frequency!
